Classically elegant in its creaminess and extraordinarily refined in terms of its full-bodied, fresh aroma.
This is one 'cheese' for every occasion: whether as a mozzarella substitute for a light caprese, as a feta alternative in a grill basket or for salads, sauces and soups. It also gives risottos a unique creaminess and gives your pizza and pasta the finishing touch. Or simply slice this “Little Whites” like a Camembert into fine pieces and place them on your fresh wholemeal bread!
Ingredients: Cashew nuts * (70%), coconut oil *, starter cultures (Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum), pink crystal salt.

This enjoyable classic is a sensitive product with a relatively short best-before date. Therefore, we unfortunately had to put a plastic film on it - but one thing you can believe us, we don't find it particularly chic either. We would have liked to have wrapped it in paper, as with Camembert, but unfortunately it is too moist for that. An additional cardboard box prevents the cheese substitute from being crushed and keeping its shape. But yes, as a vegan and sustainable brand, we feel absolutely obliged to look for more environmentally friendly alternatives - after all, ingredients and packaging go hand in hand. We are not perfect, but we always keep our eyes and ears open.
