This soy-free gourmet Melter will bring your taste buds to the melting point.  Mild and tender, he turns a a simple dough into a delicious pizza; a lasagna into a wonderful cheesy lasagna; and a simple toast into a croque monsieur! 

With all due respect, we find this plant-based alternative to conventional grated cheese simply fabulous!

Contains no nasty artificial stabilizers or thickeners.

Ingredients: Water, refined coconut oil (17%), modified potato starch, starch, sea salt, potato protein, olive extract, flavor, color: beta-carotene.
