Vitaquell Organic Rapeseed Oil is obtained from rapeseed kernels, cold pressed and not refined.  This precious oil is not subjected to any post-treatment after pressing, but only filtered.  This preserves valuable ingredients and its golden yellow color.  Rapeseed oil is characterized by its high content of unsaturated fatty acids, in particular it is rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. 

The typical, mild rapeseed taste goes particularly well with potato and cereal dishes, also for salads and raw food.
