Our latest creation, the lavender honey! By popular request, now back in the range and this time as an organic version with a hint of tonka bean! 

For cooking, for desserts, in tea or maybe even over the pancakes?  Lavender as a spice is becoming more popular. 

Who doesnt know Lavender? The fresh soothing but also very floral and perfume-like scent of lavender. 

In Europe, the tonka bean is best mixed with desserts and other delicacies. Tonka beans are used in the kitchen in a similar way to nutmeg. Grated, e.g. with the nutmeg grater or mortar, it is a good substitute for the vanilla bean. Ice cream, pudding or hearty pastries can be refined with the dark brown bean. The taste of the tonka bean is somewhat similar to that of vanilla.
