Ingredients: Rice flour whole grains *, cornstarch *, sea salt, raw cane sugar *, leek powder *, parsnip powder *, sunflower oil *, spices *. *Ecological.

Preparation: Mix about 20g of the powder with 250ml cold water and then heat on low heat for 1-2 minutes.
