Vitaquell walnut oil is a cold-pressed, unrefined nut oil characterized by a delicious-fine aromatic nutty flavour and its warm amber-like colour.

The walnut kernels are roasted before pressing, which intensifies the taste of the oil. Walnut oil is particularly nutritionally valuable because of its high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega-3 12% and omega-6 60%).

In addition to salads, walnut oil with its aromatic and nutty taste is particularly suitable for desserts, such as pastries, desserts or cream fillings.
