Pinki Beans Studio complies rigorously with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore. We collect data solely to facilitate precise architectural quoting and project execution. This includes property floorplans, budgetary parameters, and personal contact identifiers submitted during the discovery phase.
2. Utilization & Client Confidentiality
Your property configurations and financial parameters are guarded with absolute confidentiality. Data is utilized exclusively for generating variation-free quotations, securing HDB/MCST hacking permits, and sequencing material procurement.
3. Third-Party Disclosures
Pinki Beans maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized data brokering. We only transmit strictly necessary architectural data to our vetted sub-contractors, PE engineers, and regulatory bodies (HDB/URA) explicitly for the execution of your active contract.
4. Retrievability & Erasure
Following the expiration of project defect liability periods, clients possess the right to mandate total data erasure from our active servers. Send withdrawal requests to the Studio DPO at hello@pinkibeans.com.sg.
