Phase 2

Design Direction

Establishing the core aesthetic DNA. We present material palettes, mood curation, and initial spatial concepts prioritizing our signature warm, refined, and mature residential philosophy.

Phase 3

Layout & Spatial Hacking

For BTOs and older resales, we engineer the optimal flow. This involves precise wall hacking strategies, ventilation improvements, and structural augmentations that maximize liveable square footage.

Phase 4

Quotation & Scope Alignment

The antithesis of industry-standard hidden costs. We present a highly indexed, line-by-line budgetary breakdown mapping directly to the finalized 3D renders. Zero variation orders unless explicitly requested by you.

Phase 5

Implementation & Coordination

We command total operational oversight. From securing MCST/HDB permits to managing sub-contractor sequencing, plumbing, masonry, and bespoke carpentry installation, we insulate you from construction anxiety.

Phase 6

Styling & Handover

The final curation layer. Placing imported textiles, ambient lighting, and objects of interest before a rigorous defect-checking walkthrough and key handover.
