Terms of Execution

1. Scope of Engagement
By engaging Pinki Beans Interior Design, clients agree to the exact sequence of the 6-Phase Execution Methodology. Design development only commences upon successful clearance of the Preliminary Discovery Audit and associated retainer deposits.
2. Variation Orders & Indexing
Pinki Beans prides itself on eliminating hidden construction costs. Our Phase 2 quotations are definitively exact. Variation orders (VOs) will only be entertained and billed if the client explicitly requests material deviations or spatial alterations *after* final contract signing.
3. MCST & Regulatory Liability
While the Studio coordinates all hacking permits, PE endorsements, and MCST clearance, the client holds ultimate responsibility for fulfilling structural indemnifications required by the managing corporations of their respective strata titles or BTO nodes.
4. Intellectual Property
All 3D visualization renders, floorplan adjustments, and bespoke carpentry blueprints remain the exclusive intellectual commercial property of Pinki Beans Studio until project handover and final invoice settlement is achieved.
